The HARP mortgage program helps home owners refinance their Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac mortgage. All Lenders are not required to participate in the HARP program.
While the government worked with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in determining the qualifying criteria, it is private lenders participating in the program that work directly with homeowners to accomplish the refinance.
HARP-Mortgage .com is a private site that works with a network of HARP lenders to help interested consumers refinance in to the HARP program.
We do not work with loan modifications of any sort.
